Mr. Ned Evans
Ned Evans is a perfect example of the eternal grommet. If Ned isn’t hard at work in the studio getting up to rad new collections like the image below, he’s out shredding the tar out of the beachies around Venice or the point at Malibu. I spoke to Ned about this particular image this morning and this what he had to say. “The Flock, is a corner wall installation I’m currently working on for a art show this summer. I have been making these “Templates” out of wood and foam for about 13 years…. All of a sudden they have started to move together. A few of these were featured in the show “Swell” over in NYC last summer. There will be more. glad you like um”

2010 Pipeline Masters
